Andrey Smelkov, the head of the project group, founded his own private consulting and management business in May 2019.
In 2021, Andrey Dubovskov joined the team as a partner.

Most of our team members joined this business from the Russian company Mobile TeleSystems (MTS PJSC), where we worked together in a separate business unit of MTS International, responsible for managing and developing MTS Group's foreign assets.
MTS PJSC is the leader among the four players in the Russian mobile market and conducts foreign operations in several neighboring countries with a total subscriber base of about 87 million and annual revenue of more than 475 billion rubles (about 7 billion US dollars) in 2019. MTS PJSC is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (MBT) and the Moscow Stock Exchange (MTSS).
Our team closely cooperates in several projects with the MTS Group, as well as with its parent company, Sistema Joint Stock Financial Corporation.
